Information technology, which is shortened as IT, is the application of the modern device called as computers, to store, transmit, study, manipulate and retrieve any data or information, which is often in the concept of a business enterprise or any other enterprises, and it is also considered as the subset of ICT, which stands for information and communications technology. Information technology infrastructure technology is being used by an organization to perform compliance and know the measurement of the improvement of the said organization, due to the reason that ITIL allows the organization to establish and produce a so-called baseline that can help in planning, implementing and measuring the elements that an organization can benefit. The certification scheme for ITIL is offering a modular approach to each participant or candidate, and each qualification is assigned with a credit value and successful completion of each module, the candidate or participant is rewarded with a number of credits and certification.
